„Raspberry Freeze“

Raspberry Freeze

This delicate pink, super creamy, beguilingly delicious drink, which also secretly goes by the name of Raspberry Vanilla Milkshake, provides 64% of your daily requirement of vitamin C.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 cup frozen watermelon cubes (or more frozen raspberries)

1/2 cup apple cider (cloudy apple juice)

1/2 cup vanilla soy milk (if I don’t have any in the house, I substitute with other plant-based milk and some vanilla extract).

1 frozen banana

Optional some agave or maple syrup or other sweetener to taste

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in the blender and slowly increase the blending speed until everything is frosty smooth. If you like it less frosty, or don’t have a powerful blender, use one or more of the ingredients in the non-frozen version.
